Our Commitment

ClawBridge is built on a local-first architecture. The desktop application runs entirely on your machine. We do not operate cloud servers that process your automation tasks, and we do not collect telemetry from the desktop app.

What We Collect

Website (clawbridge.ai):

  • Email address when you purchase a Starter Pack or create an account (processed by Stripe)
  • IP address for rate limiting and fraud prevention (stored temporarily)
  • Basic web analytics if enabled (page views, referrer — no personal data)

Desktop Application:

  • No data is sent to ClawBridge servers from the desktop app
  • API calls go directly from your machine to the LLM provider you choose (Anthropic, OpenAI, or OpenRouter)
  • Your API keys are stored locally in your .env file and never transmitted to us
  • Workflow recordings, task history, and memory files are stored locally in your ClawBridge directory

Third-Party Services

  • Stripe: Processes payments. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
  • LLM Providers: When you use ClawBridge, your task prompts are sent to the AI provider whose API key you configured. Review their respective privacy policies
  • Cloudflare: Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy

Cookies

We use minimal cookies: a session cookie for the account portal login (if you purchase a Starter Pack), and cookies set by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data Retention

Purchase records and activation codes are retained for the lifetime of your account to provide ongoing service. Rate limit logs are purged automatically. You can request deletion of your account data by emailing support@clawbridge.ai.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

When you use BYOK mode, your API keys are stored only in your local .env file. They are never sent to ClawBridge infrastructure. All LLM API calls are made directly from your machine to the provider.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
