Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using ClawBridge ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

ClawBridge is open-source software released under the Apache License 2.0. You may use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with that license. The Starter Pack activation codes and pre-loaded API credits are separate from the open-source license and are subject to these Terms.

3. Starter Pack & Credits

  • The Starter Pack ($9.99) includes an activation code and $5.00 in pre-loaded API credits
  • Credits are consumed by AI model usage through our managed API keys and do not expire
  • Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
  • Additional credits can be purchased through the account portal
  • Activation codes are bound to a single machine. You may reactivate on a different machine via the account portal

4. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

ClawBridge supports using your own API keys from third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter). When using BYOK mode, you are responsible for compliance with those providers' terms of service and any costs incurred through their APIs.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClawBridge to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Automate actions that violate the terms of service of target websites or applications
  • Engage in unauthorized access to computer systems
  • Distribute malware, spam, or conduct phishing
  • Circumvent security measures, CAPTCHAs, or access controls
  • Scrape personal data in violation of privacy laws

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ClawBridge does not guarantee that automation tasks will execute correctly or that AI-generated actions will produce the desired results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ClawBridge and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss, system errors, or unintended automation outcomes.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of ClawBridge is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The desktop application runs locally and does not transmit your data to ClawBridge servers.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
